$2,500 basic + AWS + variable bonus
Working Days:
Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Sales Department.
Prepare and process service reports and other service-related documents.
Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments on delivery schedules and order status.
Scan, file and maintain physical and digital copies of delivery orders (DOs) and other sales-related documents.
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports and documentation.
Assist with invoice preparation and other sales-related paperwork.
Handle incoming calls, emails and general customer enquiries.
Ensure proper filing and retrieval of sales and service documents.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
O-Level qualification or above.
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales administration role.
Relevant experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
