About Us
DADA Consultants is a Singapore-based recruitment firm. Our team connects technology professionals with opportunities across AI, software engineering, data and infrastructure. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who enjoys building relationships, understands the value of good recruitment, and wants to grow with our team.
Your Role
You will manage the full recruitment cycle, develop client relationships, and help candidates make informed career decisions. You will work on technology and AI hiring across Singapore and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, team structure and candidate requirements.
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals and other channels.
Assess candidates’ experience, motivations and suitability, and prepare clear recommendations for clients.
Manage interview coordination, feedback, offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up.
Develop new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with hiring managers.
Stay informed about technology trends, talent movements and hiring demand.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and work towards agreed placement and business targets.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in recruitment, sales, business development or a client-facing role; technology recruitment experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and clients.
An interest in technology and AI, with a willingness to learn about technical roles.
A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage several searches at once.
Resilience, sound judgement and a strong sense of ownership.
Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
