Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Honey Consultant to join our retail team. You will be responsible for promoting honey products, assisting customers, and providing excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Mandarin-speaking ability is preferable.

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.

• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.

• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Provide product knowledge and nutritional guidance to customers, recommending suitable honey products based on their needs.

• Engage with customers professionally, understand their needs, and proactively drive sales through product recommendations and effective selling techniques.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies to maximise sales opportunities.

• Support daily store operations, including beverage preparation such as fresh juices and other drinks, as well as assisting with bar operations when required.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming retail environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene and service.

• Participate in company activities, including roadshows, exhibitions, and expos, to promote products and generate sales.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and other operational duties to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

• Perform other sales-related and operational responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
