Role Description The Equity Research Associate / Fixed Income Research Associate / Credit Research Analyst will support investment decision-making by conducting fundamental and quantitative research on companies, sectors, and securities. Responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, analyzing financial statements and capital structures, monitoring market and industry developments, and preparing clear, well-structured research reports, presentations, and investment recommendations. The role involves collaborating with senior analysts and portfolio managers, participating in internal discussions on investment strategies, and updating valuation metrics and risk assessments on a regular basis. This is a remote role, requiring consistent digital collaboration, self-directed work management, and timely delivery of research outputs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess company fundamentals, and evaluate risk-return profiles.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments knowledge, including understanding of capital markets, valuation methods, and fixed income and equity instruments.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Financial Modeling, including building and maintaining valuation models (DCF, comparables) and scenario analyses.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to produce clear written reports, present findings, and collaborate with investment teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with Excel and relevant financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar tools) is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and commitment to ethical research standards are expected.
• Professional certifications such as CFA (or progress toward it) are an advantage.
