• Plan and coordinate daily deliveries of precast concrete products according to project schedules.
• Prepare and manage delivery schedules, loading plans, and transportation arrangements.
• Coordinate with Production, Yard, and Project teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Liaise with transport contractors, drivers, and site personnel regarding delivery requirements.
• Monitor delivery progress and promptly resolve transportation or site-related issues.
• Ensure proper documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), delivery schedules, transport records, and POD (Proof of Delivery).
• Track inventory movement and coordinate product dispatch from the storage yard.
• Optimize truck utilization and delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
• Update logistics records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly delivery reports.
• Handle customer enquiries related to delivery status and provide timely updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and on-time delivery performance.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
