About the Role
Our client, a leading global asset management firm, is seeking an experienced
Senior Manager – Investment Operations (IABOR)
to oversee investment book of record data integrity and support a key middle-office service provider transition.
The role will focus on ensuring the accuracy of portfolio valuations, transactions, cash and positions data while driving operational improvements and effective stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the accuracy and integrity of
Investment Accounting Book of Record (IABOR)
data.
Ensure the quality of market values, transactions, cash balances and positions for downstream reporting.
Work closely with outsourced middle-office service providers and internal stakeholders.
Support requirements gathering, impact assessments, process documentation and operational change initiatives.
Coordinate UAT, system integration testing and implementation activities.
Identify operational risks, strengthen controls and drive process improvements.
Support project governance, stakeholder reporting and service provider transition activities.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience
in middle-office or investment operations within asset management.
At least
3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
.
Strong understanding of
asset management operations, fund accounting and investment data reconciliation
.
Experience managing outsourced middle-office service providers.
Knowledge of
BlackRock Aladdin
would be advantageous.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline.
