岗位职责
Review and coordinate M&E, structural and architectural drawings to identify discrepancies, resolve technical conflicts and ensure proper integration of building services.
Liaise with M&E subcontractors, consultants and internal project teams on shop drawings, structural openings, cast-in items and design amendments to facilitate smooth site execution.
Monitor subcontractors’ work progress, coordinate interfaces between trades and address issues promptly to minimise delays and maintain project schedules.
Work closely with the Project Manager, M&E Manager and Project Engineer to resolve site coordination issues, ensure drawing availability and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Oversee temporary site utilities, including electrical supply, water and sanitary facilities, and attend site inspections, technical discussions and coordination meetings.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of M&E works experience in the
construction industry.
Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications, with good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
