Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve company growth and revenue targets.
2. Develop and implement business development strategies, sales plans, and market expansion initiatives.
3. Identify potential customers, business partners, and new market segments.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
6. Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements.
7. Lead client negotiations and manage contract discussions to secure new business.
8. Monitor sales pipelines, business opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
9. Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to strengthen the company's market position.
10. Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements and business commitments are fulfilled.
11. Monitor business development performance and prepare regular reports for management.
12. Identify opportunities to improve sales performance, customer retention, and overall business profitability.
13. Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
14. Perform other business development-related duties as assigned by management
