Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven track record in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales, preferably engaging with General Practitioner (GP) clinics.

Strong product presentation, sales negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Target-driven with a solid understanding of sales pipeline management and payment collection protocols.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and professional objection-handling abilities.

Willing to travel within designated sales territories (KL, Selangor, Johor) and attend company sales events.

Open to Contract or Permanent placement based in Miri, Sarawak, with territory assignment operating under normal working hours.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market across KL, Selangor, and Johor.

Implement and execute effective sales strategies and plans targeting General Practitioners (GPs).

Promote and sell the company’s medical product portfolio to enhance brand presence and market penetration.

Maintain comprehensive product and disease knowledge to deliver accurate information and appropriate recommendations.

Address and resolve customer objections and operational challenges in a professional manner.

Meet assigned sales targets consistently and ensure customer payments adhere to collection timelines.

Represent the company at medical sales events, trade shows, and industry congresses as required.

Prepare and submit regular sales activity, market insight, and revenue reports in a timely manner.
