Support daily facility operations by coordinating the FM team and contractors, scheduling work, monitoring quality and safety, and resolving service issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

-Oversee daily maintenance, cleanliness, and security to ensure optimal facility operations.
-Coordinate FM team, Senior Technicians, Technicians, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently.
-Plan, prioritize, and manage work schedules for timely task completion.
-Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.
-Ensure works done for outsourced contracts are verified before completion of receiving function for payment processing.
-Conduct team meetings, maintain open communication, and address concerns.
-Prepare and verify activity, incident, and operational reports.
-To assist in the project management, including contract and procurement administrations for Addition and Alteration (A&A) projects;
-Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, progress reports and project documentation(Tender, BOQ, contract etc)

Requirement
-Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Property Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
-Min 3 years’ experience in managing operation, maintenance, engineering, and/or project management of building services and facilities
-Comfortable coordinating multiple contractors, stakeholders and operational matters simultaneously.
-Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned building operations.
-Organised and detail-oriented, with good follow-up skills.
-Able to commerce short notice preferred
-Able to travel multiple job site
