We are seeking an HR Associate to support recruitment and HR operations across APAC. This role covers recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, benefits and payroll support. Hands-on experience using Workday is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support APAC recruitment, including managing recruitment activities in Workday, maintaining job postings and liaising with recruitment agencies.

• Conduct onsite and video interviews for entry- and mid-level positions.

• Coordinate reference checks, background screening and credit checks.

• Prepare offer analyses using relevant market data and internal comparisons.

• Prepare offer letters and confidentiality agreements, and draft or update job descriptions.

• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding, including coordinating and conducting new hire orientations.

• Maintain employee information in Workday and ensure HR records are accurate, organised and confidential.

• Assist employees with benefits enrolment.

• Support payroll administration by liaising with payroll vendors, reviewing reports and ensuring processing timelines are met.

• Provide guidance to APAC employees on HR matters.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Relevant recruitment experience, with exposure to HR operations.

• Hands-on experience using Workday is mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Professional demeanour and confidence in interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

• Collaborative approach and strong team spirit.
