Responsibilities:

• Lead facility expansion, optimization, and energy reduction projects to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the management, operation, and maintenance of facility mechanical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Take ownership of the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control, to ensure projects meet their objectives and timelines.
• Oversee troubleshooting, incident reporting, contract renewals, spare parts procurement, invoice verification, and energy consumption reporting.
• Manage project budgets, including capital expenditure (CAPEX), operating expenses, and manpower planning, while monitoring costs and ensuring compliance with approved budgets.
• Monitor facility system performance and preventive maintenance activities to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
• Conduct performance reviews and appraisals, mentor team members, and provide coaching and training to achieve annual objectives and KPIs.
• Establish and maintain project plans, standard operating procedures, quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and analytical solutions to resolve complex engineering and operational challenges.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in facilities management within a semiconductor manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar leadership capacity.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and team leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork to enhance team effectiveness and performance.
• Self-motivated, independent, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
