Are you an experienced audit professional with strong analytical capabilities, business acumen and a passion for strengthening corporate governance?

At Cahya Mata, we're looking for a proactive and results-driven Audit Manager to join our Group Internal Audit team, supporting risk management, operational excellence and sustainable business performance across our diversified Group.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Audit Manager, you will play a key role in delivering independent, risk-based audits across manufacturing, property development, construction and financial operations, while providing valuable insights to strengthen internal controls and business processes.

What You'll Do

• Plan, lead and execute risk-based financial, operational, and compliance audits across the Group.
• Evaluate internal controls, risk management practices and governance processes.
• Review key business activities, including manufacturing operations, procurement, inventory, project management and financial reporting.
• Identify risks, control gaps and operational inefficiencies, recommending practical improvements.
• Prepare audit findings and reports while collaborating with Management to strengthen business performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in internal/external audit, risk management, compliance, or financial operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, property development, construction, or financial operations is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of risk-based auditing, internal controls, corporate governance and financial management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional qualifications such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are an added advantage.
