Lead the coordination and review of shop drawings and as-built drawings across architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist subcontractor packages.

Review technical specifications, design details, and clarifications to identify discrepancies and ensure coordination between trades.

Develop and monitor drawing submission, material sample, and approval schedules in line with project and procurement programmes.

Oversee the submission, review, approval, revision, and distribution of project drawings and technical documents.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and internal project teams to resolve complex design and construction issues.

Provide technical coordination support to the project team to facilitate smooth construction progress.

Chair design and technical coordination meetings, monitor action items, and follow up on outstanding issues.

Ensure drawing revisions and approved documents are communicated to the relevant parties.

Assist the contracts team in reviewing design changes and supporting variation order claims.

Maintain proper documentation and reporting of design coordination activities and submission status.
