• Design cloud solutions that meet customer needs while balancing performance, security, scalability, and cost.
• Work with customers throughout the process, from understanding their requirements to implementation and ongoing improvements.
• Explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Keep up with the latest cloud technologies and identify ways to improve existing solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and technical teams to deliver suitable solutions for customers.
• Assist with technical support and account-related matters when needed.
• Prepare clear technical documentation and ensure solutions are delivered according to requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud infrastructure, technical consulting or pre-sales.
• Have a good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud, and have cloud certificates.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin & English due to business requirements.
