ABOUT US
We’re looking for a Creative Content Producer who lives and breathes social content. Someone who knows what is working on TikTok and Instagram right now, can turn a trend into something that actually fits a brand, and can run a shoot from start to finish on their own.
As the social media landscape changes and adapts, this role puts you at the forefront of it. You’ll own content end-to-end, from concept to shoot to final edit, working closely with a collaborative team across diverse client portfolios under Krei Digital, as well as our more vertical video focused sister brand, Moon Social.
This role leans towards producing, trends and working with people.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conceptualise, storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
- Shoot strong, platform-native content on iPhone and cameras
- Manage shoots independently from planning through to delivery, including shotlists, call times, logistics and on-the-day execution
- Direct talent and brief creators, including people who are not professional talent
- Stay ahead of content trends, viral formats and platform changes, and translate them into ideas that fit each brand
- Edit your own content to a clean, platform-ready standard
- Work directly with clients on set and in reviews, keeping things moving and reading the room
- Collaborate closely with other creatives, account leads, and clients to deliver content that is both on-brief and on-platform
- Take initiative in proposing content ideas, formats, and improvements across ongoing campaigns
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Diploma or Degree in Media, Communications, Film, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience in content creation, social media, or a similar creative role
- Experience running shoots independently
- Genuinely plugged into TikTok and Instagram, with a strong instinct for hooks, pacing, formats and what is about to work
- Confident shooting on iPhone, with a good eye for framing, lighting and sound even in a fast setup
- Comfortable shooting on camera and working with basic lighting and audio, though deep technical camera expertise is not required
- Solid video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar)
- Good with people. Comfortable directing talent, managing a set, and handling clients
- Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and works well across disciplines
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment
- Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality and attention to detail
This role is ideal for someone who thinks in formats and trends, enjoys being the one running the shoot, and wants exposure to a wide range of brands, industries, and creative challenges.
