​Job Summary ​We are looking for a reliable Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead front-of-house staff, and ensure guests have an excellent dining experience. ​Key Responsibilities ​Daily Operations: Manage opening/closing procedures, supervise dining service, and handle customer feedback or complaints. ​Staff Management: Train, schedule, and lead floor staff (servers, hosts, cashiers); keep the team motivated. ​Cost & Stock Control: Monitor daily sales, manage inventory, order supplies, and help control food and labor costs. ​Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, and workplace regulations. ​Requirements ​Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor. ​Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills. ​Experience with POS systems and shift scheduling. ​Valid Food Hygiene / Food Safety certification. ​Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
