About us:
GetStarted.HK has been interviewed by Forbes, Entrepreneur, Big Time Daily , London Daily , Yahoo Finance, Influencive, Markets Insider , and California Herald. We guide Multinational enterprises to establish and expand in the Asia Market. We work closely with the HKSAR government, and we are one of the biggest influencers in the Hong Kong startup community.

Responsibilities:
Answer general inquiries on our service packages. (Intensive training will be provided.)
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
Assist communication with government authorities and financial institutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery, and after-sales service.
Greet and build relationships with Western partners during their visits to Hong Kong (about 1 time each quarter).
No cold calling is required.
Requirements:
Degree in any field.
Candidates with business, accounting, or corporate governance backgrounds will have an advantage.
English Degree holders are welcome (90% of clients are from Western countries).
Passion for meeting Western entrepreneurs is a plus.
Fluent Cantonese is required (10% of clients are from Hong Kong).
Quick to learn and memorize company products and compliance rules.
Outgoing with good communication skills.
Can-do attitude to develop new business and meet deadlines.
3 years of sales / relationship management / CPA firm experience is preferred.
Less than 3 years of experience will still be considered. Intensive training will be provided.
Salary & Benefits:
The monthly salary is in the range of HK$20,000 - HK$28,000. On the job training will be provided.
