Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Mandarin Language, or a related field.

Teaching certification or relevant training in Mandarin language education is preferred.

Prior experience teaching Mandarin to young children (ages 3-6) in a preschool or enrichment setting.

Familiarity with child-centered and play-based learning methodologies.

Excellent verbal and written Mandarin skills (proficiency in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).

Creative, patient, and passionate about working with children.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Plan and deliver engaging, well suited lessons for preschool children.

Create a immersive Mandarin-speaking environment to enhance language acquisition.

Design and implement interactive activities, stories, songs, and games to make learning fun and effective.

Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing constructive feedback to parents during meetings or through progress reports.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary learning themes.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.
