LVL Music is looking for a confident, highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive who enjoys winning customers, closing deals and achieving sales success.

We are seeking a proactive sales professional who takes ownership of results, actively creates new business opportunities and is committed to driving revenue growth through both retail sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales

• Actively promote and sell violins, cellos, bows, cases, strings and musical accessories.
• Engage walk-in customers, understand their needs and confidently close sales.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into successful purchases.
• Consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Business Development (B2B)

• Actively identify and acquire new dealers, music schools, music teachers and corporate accounts.
• Generate new local and international business opportunities through prospecting, outreach and networking.
• Conduct sales visits, product demonstrations, presentations and business meetings.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong passion for selling, negotiating and closing deals.
• Proactive, self-motivated and confident in approaching potential customers.
• Ability to independently prospect, acquire and develop new business accounts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to handle both retail sales and external business development.
• Experience in retail sales, B2B sales or business development is preferred.
• Knowledge of musical instruments is an advantage, but strong sales ability and the right attitude are more important.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Monthly Salary: S$3,800–S$4,500, Potential earnings: S$5,000–S$6,000+
• Competitive basic salary with attractive performance-based sales commission.
• Opportunity to earn higher commissions through retail sales and new business development.

Working Schedule

• 5-day work week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• 2 rest days per week, generally on weekdays.
