We're looking for an experienced Wintel Engineer to join our Managed Services team. You will be responsible for managing Windows workplace environments, endpoint management, cloud infrastructure, and automation initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, GPO, SCCM, BigFix, Citrix VDI and endpoint technologies

Administer PC imaging, patch management, software deployment and workplace management tools

Design, implement and support AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure

Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or CloudFormation

Troubleshoot infrastructure, application and connectivity issues

Drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Maintain system documentation and operational reports

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Wintel infrastructure and endpoint management

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, BigFix, Citrix VDI or similar platforms

Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services

Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation or other IaC tools

Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python or Shell scripting

Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills

Preferred

VCP, Hyper-V, or Cloud certifications

Strong experience with Microsoft Hyper-V

Hands-on knowledge of Hyper-V Manager and Veeam Backup & Replication

Experience supporting and maintaining virtualized server environments
