We’re looking for someone friendly, responsible and hands-on to support daily operations and give customers a smooth experience—from their first enquiry to receiving their order.

Location: Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur

What you’ll do

• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, social media and other sales channels.

• Recommend suitable products and assist with orders, delivery arrangements and after-sales support.

• Process and check order details, payments, delivery addresses and special requests accurately.

• Coordinate with production, packing and delivery teams to keep orders on track.

• Follow up on stock availability, order changes and outstanding issues.

• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating matters when needed.

• Maintain clear order records, customer updates and operational trackers.

• Support product launches, festive campaigns and corporate gifting orders.

• Spot recurring problems and suggest practical ways to improve our service and workflows.

Who we’re looking for

• A clear, patient communicator who enjoys helping people.

• Organised and detail-oriented, especially when handling multiple orders.

• Reliable with follow-ups and willing to take ownership until an issue is resolved.

• Resourceful and calm when priorities change or problems arise.

• Comfortable using spreadsheets, online systems and digital communication tools.

• A team player with a hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.

• Customer service, e-commerce, admin, logistics or operations experience is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and organisational skills are welcome to apply.
