Looking to advance your engineering career in a manufacturing environment? Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer I and contribute to manufacturing process development, validation and continuous improvement!

Job Scope

• Lead manufacturing process qualification, validation and verification activities to ensure production readiness and process reliability.

• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to improve product quality, productivity and cost efficiency.

• Analyse manufacturing data using Statistical Process Control (SPC), process capability studies and other statistical tools.

• Investigate manufacturing and equipment issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, Operations, Engineering teams and external suppliers on process improvement initiatives.

• Support the implementation of manufacturing technologies, including automation, inspection systems and machine vision applications.

• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, validation protocols, reports, procedures and technical records.

• Identify opportunities for process standardisation, risk reduction and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Experience with process validation, verification, qualification or manufacturing process development.

• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), process capability analysis and statistical problem-solving methods.

• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements in manufacturing environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
