Liaising with affected residents, businesses and stakeholders.

Providing advance notification of watermain/road works.

Handling and recording public feedback and complaints.

Coordinating with the Contractor's site team to investigate complaints.

Following up on corrective actions.

Maintaining a complaint/feedback register.

Coordinating access issues for residents, shops and businesses.

Assisting with communication for traffic diversions, road closures and construction activities.

Coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders where required.

Preparing regular stakeholder/public-relations reports.

Attending site meetings relating to public feedback and construction impact.
