岗位职责
What do we do?
We provide building materials products such as top quality of stone and tile materials for all building and construction needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Attending to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service with knowledge of product.
Create sales invoices, arrange delivery orders and take in payments from customers.
Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and after-service matters, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
Follow up on due payments from customers.
Manage display items as directed by manager.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Preferred
Prior experience in industry is an advantage.
Strong motivation in sales, shows good competency in communication and handling customers' matters.
Good team-player, has a pleasant personality and willingness to learn more on the job.
Basic computer literacy skills.
Able to work six days a week on rotation, including public holidays.
Must have English proficiency as our systems and documents are in English.
Les Tech is a distributor of building materials, specialising in surface finishes. The company's key products are tiles and natural stones. Its main customers are sub-contractors and interior designers who rely on LTB's high quality products and its high standard of services. In addition, it also serves walk-in homeowner and those brought in by contractors and designers. The company's supply comes mainly from Malaysia, China, Italy, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc
