Working Hours & Schedule

This role functions on a

weekly shift rotation

(Mondays to Fridays) inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break:
Mondays to Thursdays:
Shift 1:
6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

OR

Shift 2:
9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Fridays:
Shift 1:
6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

OR

Shift 2:
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Rest Days:
Off on Saturdays, Sundays, and all gazetted public holidays.

Core Responsibilities

You will join the school's estate management team to support general facilities maintenance, safety, and logistical workflows.

1. Facilities Maintenance & Environment Upkeep

General Cleanliness:
Maintain the general cleanliness of the school campus environment and common areas.

Gate Operations:
Support routine estate opening and closing procedures daily.

2. Logistical Support & Event Preparation

Event Setup:
Carry out logistics arrangements for routine and ad-hoc institutional functions.

Physical Logistics:
Transport, arrange, and manage school furniture and equipment allocations across halls and classrooms.

3. Safety, Security & Fault Reporting

Alarm Monitoring:
Assist in daily building safety protocols, including the arming and disarming of school security alarm networks.

Defect Reporting:
Perform property walks and report campus maintenance defects or physical infrastructure faults in a timely manner.

Ad-Hoc Duties:
Take on alternative school operations support responsibilities as directed by school leadership.

Job Requirements

Experience:
Minimally

3 years of experience

in environmental cleaning duties, estate logistics work, or simple workplace administration.

Language Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively in

English

Team Alignment:
A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work well within an estate maintenance team.

Physical Fitness:
Must be physically fit to transport estate assets and execute ground maintenance tasks efficiently.

Preferred Advantages:
Strong coordination skills and the ability to operate reliably under tight project timelines.
