To prepare preliminary design, conceptual design, design brief, pre consultation with relevant government agencies/utilities provider, coordination with other consultants/project team member and to assist in preparing engineering drawings other related services in accordance to UBBL, AHJ’s Requirement, Utilities Provider Guideline and other Relevant Standards/Guidelines/Specification.

To prepare project cost estimation, compile specifications, bill of quantity, and tender documentation for projects that were assigned to you and to ensure that they are in accordance to relevant standards, code of practice and up to the company’s expectation.

To manage, monitor, attend site/coordination/technical meetings, verify/witness inspection, verify contractor’s claim, prepare contract and site documentations not limited to Contract Rationalization, Engineer’s Instruction, Variation Order, Design Changes, Request for Information, Material Approval, Testing & Commissioning and other related works.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
