Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: HVAC / ACMV Engineering Solutions
• Position Title: Project Engineer
• Working Location: North-East Region
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm & Saturday 8:30am – 12:30pm
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with principals on HVAC equipment design and technical requirements.
• Perform basic HVAC design calculations.
• Liaise with clients and manage project requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, suppliers, contractors, logistics providers, and clients.
• Prepare project balance summary sheets and monitor project costs.
• Arrange project billing and support related documentation.
• Prepare and submit project documents as required.
• Work with the Safety team to ensure works are carried out safely.
• Support other project coordination duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Candidates without experience or candidates with 1–2 years of HVAC / ACMV experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and engineering calculations.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Able to work with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
