Company Hiring: Novaflow Center for Vascular Health & Surgery | Singapore

Novaflow Center for Vascular Health & Surgery is a specialist clinic located at Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre, dedicated to the screening, diagnosis and treatment of arterial and venous conditions.

We are looking for a reliable, caring and motivated Clinic Assistant to join our team and support our daily clinic operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare, enjoys interacting with patients, and is keen to learn and develop new skills in a specialist clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to patients at the front desk, including registration, appointment scheduling and phone or WhatsApp enquiries.
• Prepare medications for dispensing and provide patients with basic medication and procedural instructions, within the appropriate scope of practice.
• Assist the doctor during consultations, vascular screenings and minor procedures.
• Support patient care and ensure patients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their visit.
• Handle billing, payment collection, insurance claims and administrative documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure consultation rooms are properly prepared.
• Monitor clinic inventory and replenish medications and consumables.
• Work closely with the doctor and team to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the doctor.

Requirements:

• Nitec, diploma or relevant certification in nursing, healthcare support, medical assisting or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Junior candidates and fresh graduates with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and patient-focused approach.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients.
• Familiarity with clinic management systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Responsible, organised, proactive and able to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a growing specialist clinic environment.
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week, including weekends.
