We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Cook who can independently handle South Indian food preparation and cooking.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements include:

• Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes and traditional meals.
• Prepare and cook Roti Prata and other Indian flatbreads.
• Prepare South Indian dishes such as Masala Chicken, Nasi Briyani, Fried Chicken and various chicken and mutton dishes.
• Prepare different types of vegetable dishes, curries and accompaniments.
• Maintain consistent food taste, quality and presentation.
• Ensure proper food handling, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation independently with minimum supervision.
• Must have practical experience in South Indian or Indian cuisine.
• Able to prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes independently.
• Experienced in preparing Roti Prata is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Must be hardworking, responsible and committed to food quality.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Must be able to work late hours, depending on operational requirements
