Job Title: Collections Executive (On-Call)

Job Description

• Handle customer follow-ups for outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
• Contact customers via phone and email to arrange payment collection.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment status.
• Resolve payment-related queries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Collections.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in customer follow-ups and payment recovery.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
