Job Title: IPQC Technician (In-Process Quality Control)

Job Summary:
We are hiring an IPQC Technician to monitor production processes, perform in-process inspections, and ensure products meet specifications before moving to the next stage. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with measurement tools, and capable of identifying and reporting non-conformities promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process inspections at various production stages, including dimensional checks, visual inspection, and process parameter monitoring .
• Identify, document, and isolate non-conforming products; report issues to supervisors and support initial root cause analysis .
• Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality reports in line with ISO/GMP requirements .
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify product dimensions .
• Monitor production compliance with work instructions and control plans; flag deviations or process drift .
• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment; follow 5S and safety standards .
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams on corrective actions and continuous improvement .

Qualifications:

• Diploma/certificate in engineering, manufacturing, or quality assurance; fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome .
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards (ISO 9001, GMP, etc.) .
• Ability to read engineering drawings and basic GD&T is preferred .
• Hands-on experience with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools .
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and willingness to work shifts .
