About the Role

We are looking for 2–3 interns to support our administration and platform operations. The role provides hands-on exposure to office administration, travel coordination, accommodation management, documentation, vendor liaison, and general operational support across different countries and teams. This internship is suitable for students who are organised, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating in both English and Mandarin.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day office administrative work, including purchasing office supplies and coordinating with building management or external vendors.
  • Support the planning and coordination of employee activities, office events, and internal arrangements.
  • Maintain administrative records, trackers, filing, and other supporting documentation.
  • Assist with basic data checking and verification for travel administration, such as flight, accommodation, visa, and employee travel information.
  • Support accommodation-related administrative work, including checking utility bills, records, and related documentation.
  • Assist with quotation collection, simple cost comparisons, and preparation of supporting documents.
  • Follow up on routine administrative matters with internal colleagues and external parties.
  • Support preparation of reports, summaries, and administrative documents.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Finance, or another relevant field.
  • Good command of Mandarin is required due to communication and documentation needs with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Good working proficiency in English.
  • Must be legally able to work/undertake an internship in Malaysia.
  • Able to commit to an internship period of 4–6 months.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with documents, numbers, and data checking.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple simple tasks at the same time.
  • Willing to follow up on assigned matters and complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
