Job Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and achieve business targets.
Lead and supervise the sales team, setting objectives and reviewing performance.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients and partners.
Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitors.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
Work with other departments to improve products, services and customer experience.
Requirements
5 years of sales or business development experience, including team leadership.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow client relationships.
Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
Able to develop sales plans and analyse performance data.
Relevant qualifications in business, sales or a related field are preferred.
