We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Recruitment & Onboarding to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates.
• Conduct interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of relevant documents.
• Attend job fairs, recruitment events and career fairs to attract potential candidates.
• Set up and manage recruitment booths at various locations.
• Conduct outdoor and walk-in recruitment activities when required.
• Willing to travel to different locations for recruitment activities and events.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR or recruitment is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, confident and able to communicate with candidates effectively.
• Willing to travel and work at recruitment events/booths.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence is an added advantage.

Location :

Taman Impian Emas, Johor

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
