岗位职责
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Responsible for preparation and compilation of all pre-qualification and tender preparation documentations (Tender/PQ requirements, Contract Award, Extension of Time (EOT) requests, Form of Tender, general support, etc.)
you will take full responsibility for generating sales and ensuring that the business runs successfully and profitably, as per your assurance and expectations.
Manage resources in order to achieve completion within schedule and budget. Working

xperience mainly Constrcution,Shipyard, Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Industry.
Responsible for doing market research for new business opportunities such as gathering early information on potential projects from business networks and monitoring of competitors activities
To make important planning, and strategy decisions.
To develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
To support worker communication with the management team. .
To ensuring overall efficiency of day-to-day operations of business, including compliance with operational procedures and standards
To liaising with external parties to ensure smooth operations
To ensuring the company is protected against loss, financial or otherwise, and profits are maximized and costs are kept in control
To lead role in managing the sub-contractors for the task.
To Involve in the thorough review of method statements and risk assessment and technical submissions for structure construction and tunnelling works for Client's approval.
To responsible for the safety, quality, progress and environment impact of the works.
To prepare reports for submission to the Client.
Totally site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and reporting work progress.
Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements
To liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection.
To arrange weekly or monthly meetings with sub-contractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progression report.
Help applicants understand the roles and responsibilities for the job
To overview & supervise Moke up samples works and submission with clients
To arrange site inspection with client & QA/QC team
To prepare & submission inspection records to client
Test all items in the inspection and test plan at the work site or laboratory to verify conformation to the specified requirements.
Liaise with the external laboratory to carry out the testing of materials (Paints, Concrete, rebar, and other field tests).
Assist the Manager in preparing handover documents and the handover process.
Ensure all site inspection records, QAQC documents & TC records are up to date
