岗位职责
Job Description:
Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, including but not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
Manage the interview coordination for direct and agency candidates
Work collaboratively with the team to support recruitment activities
Liaise with hiring managers on their availability for interviews
Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals
Collate candidates' documents prior to interviews
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the recruiting process.
Prepare employment contracts and liaise with candidates for the documents needed (when required).
Process timesheets
Process monthly payroll in accurate and timely manner
Any ad-hoc duty assigned by HR Manager with related to HR matters
Job Requirements:
Possess at least 3-5 years of HR operations experience, including
monthly payroll for shift work & rostered workforce
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
Positive mindset and can-do attitude, collaborative and ability to work well with our team
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities
Ability to commence immediately preferred
Other information:
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm
Working location: East, onsite full-time
