About The Job

• Assist in the daily operations and execution of marketing initiatives for the mall business.
• Support the planning and end-to-end execution of events, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
• Work closely with tenants and the leasing department to gather materials and coordinate joint promotional activities.
• Track departmental expenses, process invoices and purchase orders, and monitor budget utilization.
• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Execute marketing plans and gather shopper data/feedback to understand market trends and customer needs.
• Support corporate image initiatives by coordinating and setting up promotional programs and events.
• Coordinate with local media partners, press contacts, and advertising vendors for timely ad placements and materials submission.
• Implement traffic-driving initiatives to help attract new shoppers and retain existing customers.
• Draft and distribute promotional messaging across mall channels for the general public, shoppers, and tenants.
• Execute digital and traditional media plans, with a focus on maximizing social media engagement.
• Support the execution of the digital marketing roadmap and maintain daily updates on the website, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Maintain and update the social media calendar, ensuring timely publication of all posts across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and tenants to gather, write, and curate content for digital channels.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience in the retail or mall business.
• Strong business acumen, communication and analytical skills.
• Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach.
