• Manage the processing of graduate admission applications in an efficient manner within the established timelines.
• Assist in screening applications by reviewing supporting documents for completeness.
• Maintain and update the admissions database with accurate applicant information.
• Draft and send communications to applicants regarding application status, deadlines, and required documentation.
• Respond to email inquiries related to admission processes, providing clear and accurate information to prospective and matriculated students.
• Work closely with other departments to facilitate a smooth admissions process.
• Prepare, review, and verify offer and rejection letters to ensure consistency and accuracy in communications with applicants.
• All documentation related to admissions is properly filed and maintained for audit purposes.
• Identify and coordinate with relevant IT teams to report admissions system usability issues; track issues through to resolution and conduct validation testing to ensure that fixes and enhancements are implemented correctly.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years of administration experiences
