Role Description The Guarantees Operations role is a full-time hybrid position based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end guarantee operations, including processing and validating guarantee requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, monitoring service levels, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous process improvements. The role also involves preparing reports and dashboards, contributing to operational risk controls, and assisting in the implementation of new system features or workflow enhancements. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, sales, and project teams to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of guarantee services.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in Operations Management, with a focus on process execution, quality control, and adherence to service standards.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including organizing tasks, tracking milestones, and supporting implementation of operational changes.
• Exposure to Sales environments or client-facing operations, with the ability to understand customer requirements and support service delivery.
• Familiarity with financial services or guarantees-related operations is an advantage.
• Comfort with using digital tools, spreadsheets, and workflow systems; experience with AI-enabled or automated operations is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Detail orientation, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
