任职资格

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant accounting experience*, preferably in an accounting firm.
Experience in tax and audit is highly preferred.*
Good knowledge of full set accounts, management accounts and month-end closing.
Familiar with Malaysian accounting, taxation and audit requirements.
Experience in liaising with auditors and tax agents.
Knowledge of *AutoCount* and SQL or other accounting software will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines independently.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.*
ACCA / MIA or other professional accounting qualification will be an added advantage.

岗位职责

Oversee and review the preparation of full set accounts and monthly management accounts.
Supervise and review work prepared by Account Executives and junior accounting staff.
Ensure timely completion of monthly and year-end closing.
Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents and company secretaries on accounting and statutory matters.
Coordinate and assist with *audit and tax matters*, including preparation of supporting schedules and documents.
Review audit schedules and respond to auditors' queries.
Assist in the preparation of tax computation, tax schedules and information required for tax submission.
Monitor related tax filing deadlines and follow up on outstanding information.
Identify accounting and tax issues and provide appropriate solutions to Account Manager
Ensure accounting records are accurate and comply with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Assist the Accounting Manager in managing team workload, reviewing work and improving SOPs and workflows.
Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
