About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented Sales & Administration to join our team in Alor Gajah, Melaka. You will be responsible for overseeing daily transport and delivery operations, supervising drivers and vehicles, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery services. The role also involves sales, handling customer requests and complaints, maintaining strong customer relationships, and attending to sales enquiries related to our transportation services.

Your Responsibilities

• Seek sales opportunities particularly in Southern areas and attend to sales enquiry
• Supervise and coordinate daily transport, delivery, and collection activities.
• Plan delivery schedules and assign drivers and vehicles according to operational requirements.
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, punctuality, routes, and compliance.
• Ensure deliveries and collections are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
• Monitor vehicle condition, maintenance schedules, fuel usage, mileage, and related records.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, production, sales, and other departments.
• Attend to customer requests, enquiries, feedback, and complaintsprofessionally and promptly.
• Follow up on delivery status, delays, schedule changes, and customer requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the relevant departments.
• Attend to sales enquiries related to transportation, delivery, and logistics services.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and support the Sales/Management team on potential business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate drivers to maintain good discipline and work performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, traffic regulations, and transportation requirements.
• Prepare transport reports, delivery records, customer complaint records, and other relevant documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field. SPM holders with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in transport, logistics, fleet management, customer service, or a supervisory role., preferably in the automotive industry
• Experience in supervising drivers and handling customers will be an advantage.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (GDL).
• Good knowledge of Tanjung Malim and surrounding areas.
• Strong customer service and complaint-handling skills.
• Able to handle sales enquiries and communicate professionally with customers.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
