About the Role

We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Engineer to provide technical support for cloud migration, architecture and AI-related projects.

You will work closely with our internal team, AWS and AWS Partners to understand existing infrastructure, support solution planning and answer technical questions. This is a technical role with limited sales responsibilities.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

• Able to communicate confidently during English technical meetings.

• At least 3 years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Systems or Solutions Engineering.

• Good knowledge of Linux, networking, servers, storage and databases.

• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.

• Able to read cloud architecture diagrams and support solution design.

• Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantages

• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC or IAM.

• Experience with Kubernetes, ECS, EKS or Terraform.

• Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker or generative AI.

• Experience in cloud migration, AWS Billing or cost optimisation.

• AWS Solutions Architect certification.
