About the role

Morgan Half International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Integration & Low Code Development Specialist | Order to Cash to join our client’s growing technology team. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on strategic integration projects that directly impact the business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions and develop low-code platforms, whilst driving the Order to Cash process optimisation across the organisation. This position is crucial to the organisation’s digital transformation strategy and offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions using low-code platforms (such as MuleSoft, Power App, Uipath or similar) to connect disparate systems

• Lead the technical architecture and implementation of Order to Cash process automation initiatives, ensuring seamless data flow across ERP, CRM, and billing systems

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to gather requirements, analyse current workflows, and translate them into scalable integration solutions

• Develop, test, and deploy APIs and integration endpoints to support end-to-end Order to Cash processes

• Perform code reviews, establish development standards, and mentor junior developers within the integration team

• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise solutions for reliability, security, and scalability

• Document technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and standard operating procedures for integration solutions

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Order to Cash operations

What we're looking for

• 5+years of professional experience in integration development, with at least 3 years specialising in integration platforms

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Order to Cash, procure-to-pay, or similar enterprise process integrations

• Strong proficiency with low-code integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, or equivalent platforms

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, EDI, and other integration protocols and standards

• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar ERP and CRM platforms

• Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) principles

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex integration issues and implement effective solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working across technical and business teams

• Certifications in relevant low-code platforms or cloud integration technologies are highly desirable

• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
