ONESECURE Asia is looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive, Demand Generation & Operations to support the execution and measurement of our marketing programmes across Singapore and the region.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who understands how marketing campaigns move from audience targeting and campaign build to lead generation, sales follow-up and performance measurement.

Hands-on HubSpot experience is a must.

What You Will Do

Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

Execute B2B demand generation campaigns across email, digital, webinars, events, content and partner channels.

Translate campaign briefs into executable activities, including audience segmentation, campaign assets, landing pages, emails, forms and follow-up journeys.

Manage campaign timelines and coordinate the required content, databases, assets and stakeholders.

Support lead generation programmes targeting enterprise decision-makers and relevant business audiences.

Support webinars, industry events and partner campaigns from promotion and registration through to post-event follow-up.

Track campaign response, lead conversion and contribution to sales opportunities.

HubSpot & Marketing Operations

Manage day-to-day marketing execution within HubSpot Marketing Hub.

Maintain good CRM and marketing database hygiene, including contact segmentation and lead information.

Set up campaign tracking and dashboards to provide visibility into campaign and lead performance.

Support lead lifecycle management between marketing and sales.

Digital Content & Multimedia

Create and adapt campaign assets for email, LinkedIn, landing pages, presentations, events and other digital channels.

Produce simple graphics, short-form videos and basic multimedia content tools.

Repurpose existing content into different formats to support campaigns and extend content reach.

Support the publishing and management of company social media content and updating of website Wix CMS.

What We're Looking For

2 to 4 years of hands-on B2B demand generation, digital marketing or marketing operations experience.

Hands-on HubSpot experience is mandatory, particularly HubSpot Marketing Hub.

Demonstrated ability to execute campaigns using email, audience segmentation, landing pages, forms, workflows and automation.

Good understanding of how marketing leads progress from initial engagement to sales follow-up.

Comfortable working with campaign data and using performance insights to improve future activities.

Experience supporting webinars, events, digital campaigns or partner marketing programmes.

Working knowledge of multimedia and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys making marketing happen, is comfortable working across campaigns, systems, data and content, and wants to develop deeper experience in B2B demand generation and marketing operations.
