Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team.
Assist in managing and maintaining project documentation, drawings, reports, and records.
Coordinate and follow up on project schedules, site activities, and outstanding matters.
Prepare meeting materials, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action items.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Assist the Project Manager with general project-related tasks and coordination.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or management.
