Responsibilities

Assist the cook/chef in preparing and cooking food to meet quality standards

Prepare and cut vegetables, meat, and other ingredients accurately for cooking

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area to ensure a safe environment

Follow food safety and hygiene standards to prevent contamination and ensure compliance

Check ingredient quality and store them properly to preserve freshness and safety

Assist with plating and packing food to support timely service and presentation

Clean cooking equipment and utensils thoroughly to maintain kitchen sanitation

Support the kitchen team during busy hours to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation
