Job Description:

• Source, negotiate and procure material, equipment, and service from local and international supplier.
• Ensure timely delivery and cost effective procurement in line company policies and budget
• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, standard, delivery time and best price
• Prepare and process purchase order, contract and other procurement related documentation
• Maintain accurate record of purchase, pricing and inventory
• Work closely with internal department to forecast needs and avoid supply shortage or overstocking
• Monitor and manage supplier relationship, including resolving any issues related to delivery or quality
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulation and company policies
• Conduct market research to identify potential supplier and new product
• Participate in regular audits to ensure procurement procedures are being followed.

Job Requirement:

• Min of Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in indirect material, machine repair/ service, construction work and contract agreement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skill
• Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Experience with manufacturing and sourcing process
• Knowledgeable in contractor price analysis
• Multitasking, attention to details and decision making

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
