What You'll Do

As a Client Support Consultant, you’ll be an integral part of our Business Development team, providing essential support to drive new business opportunities and manage relationships with our valued clients. You’ll also play a key role in marketing initiatives and help raise awareness of our services.

• Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies
• Support client meetings, pitches, and proposals that showcase our expertise
• Help manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Gather and analyse client insights to shape marketing and business development activities
• Promote and organise events like webinars and workshops, both online and in person.
• Conduct research on new business opportunities and contribute to proposal content
• Use social media to build Arcadia’s brand and increase our visibility
• Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and innovative approaches

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in sales and business development, an enthusiasm for learning, and a collaborative spirit.

• Passion for business development and relationship building
• Eagerness to learn, with a growth mindset
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised and able to manage tight deadlines
• Comfortable working with professionals at all levels
• A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Previous experience in a B2B role is a plus, but not required
