Childcare Principal (DPE-L/ DECCE-L/ L2)

Job Description:

• To provide effective leadership of staff, management of centre and delivery of quality centre curriculum. Oversee daily operations.
• Oversee professional development and well-being of staff.
• To be well informed and updated of government regulations, quality assurance framework (Child Care Act, SPARK)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) / Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L) or equivalent
• Registered with ECDA and attained a L2 certification
• Principals with SPARK 2.0 experience will be preferred.
• Possess valid certificate in first aid recognised by ECDA
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
